Police in Birmingham have arrested a second suspect in connection with the killing of five men in a weekend house shooting. Police said 16-year-old Artavius Underwood of Birmingham was being held without bond in the Jefferson County jail Wednesday on five charges of capital murder. Police say he also faces a first-degree robbery charge in an unrelated crime. His arrest comes a day after 17-year-old Rashad Stoves was arrested and charged with five counts of capital murder in the shooting. Police on Tuesday identified the victims from the early Sunday shooting as 19-year-old Demetrius Sanford; 23-year-old Jeffery Davis Jr.; 42-year-old Ronnie James Render; 23-year-old Jonathan Sanchez; and 21-year-old Charles Render. Police say the investigation is ongoing.
